What you will do

• Act as the Owner's Representative, serving as the primary interface between contractors and clients.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Perform quality control of installations in live critical facilities to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and detailed work timetables.
• Manage on-site issues in real-time, documenting resolutions and maintaining activity logs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Construction Experience in Industrial or Commercial Construction or Engineering.
• Must be able to work 100% on-site in the specified locations.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements (e.g., OSHA 10/30).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical ability to work on industrial sites, including climbing ladders and wearing protective clothing.
