Senior Marketing Specialist: Take full ownership of marketing function and drive brand presence across digital and offline channels with an accent on content, LinkedIn, webinars, events, video, paid ads, and email marketing. Location: Remote in Europe and South America

What you will do

• Own and maintain brand voice across all channels, write content for LinkedIn, emails, landing pages, campaigns
• Manage LinkedIn presence with 3–4 posts per week, grow reach and engagement, build content funnel
• Plan and run webinars end-to-end including promotion, delivery, follow-up, and repurpose content
• Manage YouTube channel, coordinate video production and editing
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, optimize performance
• Build and manage email campaigns and database for relationship building

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• 5+ years hands-on marketing experience in strategy and execution
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn for B2B brand
• Experience planning and running webinars or live events end-to-end
• Strong copywriting skills adapting to brand voice
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Comfortable using AI tools daily
• Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, software development, or consulting
• B2B marketing in long sales cycle industries
• Video or podcast production workflows
• Email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp
• Exposure to VC/startup ecosystem
