What you will do

• Support content creation operations by tracking assignments, coordinating video creators, and handling payments and metrics.
• Coordinate product marketing events, webinars, and partner sessions including scheduling, presenter management, and post-event follow-ups.
• Execute marketing campaigns, build workflows in HighLevel, and track project timelines and dependencies.
• Create and format presentation decks and marketing collateral like one-pagers and blogs.
• Develop foundational knowledge of HighLevel platform, stay updated on features, and support in-app marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Early proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and collaboration skills
• Ability to work CST hours

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HighLevel platform
• Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, GA4
