Location: 100% onsite presence in Belfast, UK (hybrid not available)

Salary: £46,329 – £52,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead technical resolution of complex product issues and their integration into customer systems.
• Drive Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) projects to resolve product and process deficiencies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement interim and permanent corrective actions.
• Develop technical specifications, instructions, and service literature to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with New Product Development (NPI) programs to ensure serviceability and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to global dealers and conduct field failure analysis.

Requirements

• Progressive experience within the power generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of electric power products, product design, and applications.
• Essential mechanical knowledge of modern diesel engines.
• Knowledge of control systems, alternators, and cooling equipment.
• Experience with dealer support, CPI processes, and engine warranty programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
