What you will do

• Commission, service, and repair company-supplied equipment
• Deliver customer training programs on site
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for service work
• Prepare manuals and drawings in advance of service visits
• Ensure customers are informed about outstanding issues and how they will be addressed before leaving site
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Electrical or mechanical background
• CCNSG and CSCS Engineering Services Skills Card
• Full UK driving license
• Knowledge and/or experience of the product range, steam processes, and instrumentation
• Strong communication and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
