What you will do

• Convert incoming premium leads into mortgage loans by promoting company products and programs.
• Consult with customers to identify financing needs and provide accurate rate and program information.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers to facilitate loan closing.
• Manage all steps of the mortgage loan origination process, including prospecting and applications.
• Maintain a personal pipeline to ensure service standards and financial targets are met.
• Comply with all applicable federal and state compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment.
• Valid NMLS License and State License under the terms of the SAFE Act.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to proactively solicit new business and convert leads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
