What you will do

• Perform site reviews and construction administration services during the construction phase.
• Act as the primary liaison between the site and design engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure project delivery.
• Review project plans, specifications, and structural shop drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate RFIs, Site Instructions, and implemented changes with the design team.
• Analyze structural inspection and testing reports for the close-out of projects.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and participate in construction health and safety coordination meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization) or a Civil Engineering Technology advanced Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of professional structural experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and technical experience with concrete and structural steel.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Must be comfortable with site reviews, including working at heights (fall arrest certification required).

Nice to have

• Registered Professional Engineer with PEO.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Fall Arrest Certification.
