What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real estate agents and other referral sources.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Market CCM products and services to individuals and firms to meet customer needs.
• Generate complete loan applications and coordinate documentation requirements with applicants.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting departments to resolve mortgage application problems.
• Conduct lead-generating activities, including attending closings, open houses, and seminars.

Requirements

• NMLS License Required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Thorough knowledge of reverse mortgages and experience guiding clients through the process.
• Proven experience in proactively soliciting new business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
