What you will do

• Fully underwrite VA IRRRL and FHA Streamline loans.
• Review loan documentation within the LOS for credit approval and accuracy.
• Identify and determine necessary additional documentation to clear conditions.
• Coordinate directly with branches and management teams via phone and email.
• Maintain established SLAs for all reviews.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal and state laws and private investor requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of processing experience in the retail mortgage lending industry.
• Hands-on experience with Encompass.
• Working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC eligibility guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid US work authorization
