What you will do

• Lead projects from client engagement through construction completion, aligning designs with objectives and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and teams to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Plan and design diverse project types, prepare construction documents, and oversee administration.
• Refine architectural standards and mentor junior staff.
• Drive innovation in a client-focused environment emphasizing community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from accredited institution
• Current North Dakota architectural registration or ability to obtain licensure upon hire
• Minimum 10 years progressive architectural design and consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, building systems, codes, standards, specifications, and costs
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, conceptual design, technical documentation, and communication skills
