Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid 2–3 times/week)

What you will do

• Control daily cash positions across multiple entities and banks to maintain a consolidated view of balances.
• Execute and oversee high-value payment operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cut-offs.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and provide evidence for SOX and month-end close.
• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate bank accounts, including opening, maintenance, and closure.
• Lead initiatives to automate cash operations via bank integrations (H2H/API) and liquidity dashboards.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new products to ensure correct banking and regulatory flows.

Requirements

• Solid experience in operational finance such as Accounts Payable, treasury, or cash management.
• Experience with multi-bank, multi-entity operations and large transactional volumes.
• Hands-on experience with financial ERPs, preferably SAP.
• Proven track record with SOX or similar controls for bank account management.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency for leading meetings with global partners.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to São Paulo, Brazil to adhere to the hybrid work model.
