What you will do

• Build and manage PowerBI dashboards and reports for deep-dive departmental and regional analysis.
• Develop complex financial models to track project profitability and present findings to leadership.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (forecast vs actuals) and recommend strategic actions to management.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting cycles with department managers.
• Analyze revenues, sales, and costs based on contracts to track CRO metrics and billing rates.
• Document and streamline financial processes to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Peru.
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of practical experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerBI, Excel (XLookups, Pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing CoPilot or other AI tools for productivity.

Nice to have

• Strong capabilities in financial modelling and handling large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex technical analyses into easy-to-understand executive presentations.
• Experience liaising between finance teams and various functional business areas.
