What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new branch staff to ensure operational efficiency from day one.
• Provide training and support on operational procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.
• Lead branch onboarding calls, set expectations with managers, and maintain detailed transition documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact and temporary Customer Support Manager in Salesforce during the 90-day transition.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create branch-specific contact lists and execute detailed transition plans.
• Conduct post-transition reviews to evaluate effectiveness and implement best practices for future transitions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage operations and processing.
• Proficiency with Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within Mountain and Central working hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• 2 to 3 years of direct management experience.
• Experience with profit and loss (P&L) models or managing operations.
