Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

What you will do

• Process rate lock, change, and extension requests in Encompass.
• Communicate effectively with requestors regarding lock status and inquiries.
• Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries.
• Collaborate with Secondary Marketing leadership on system testing and process flow enhancements.
• Handle system, product, and procedural inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (preferred).
• Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems (preferred).
• Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience (preferred).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
