TL;DR
Professional Services Manager: Lead cross-regional team delivering enterprise software implementations for manufacturing customers across North America with an accent on full project lifecycle oversight, KPI achievement, and customer outcomes. Location: Brasil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha and São Paulo Residents)

What you will do
- Lead a mixed BR/US team of Consultants and Project Managers, focusing on people management, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing.
- Drive revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and related KPIs.
- Oversee customer outcomes through high-quality implementations and enhancements.
- Conduct capacity planning, resource allocation, staffing forecasting, and workload balancing.
- Implement standardized processes to reduce variability in manufacturing-related services.
- Promote career development, maintain stakeholder communication, and occasionally support sales.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and experience collaborating remotely across multiple countries/time zones
- Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services or consulting environments
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, and operational KPIs
- Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, staffing, and workload forecasting
- Prior exposure to external customer-facing services like implementations or consulting
- Experience in ambiguous environments, building scalable processes
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise software implementations (ERP preferred)
- Knowledge of 2020 Insight or imos CAD/CAM
- Background in manufacturing, wood industry, or furniture production
