What you will do
- Embed with key clients for forward deployment, owning implementation, account management, customer service, and training.
- Deeply understand client workflows, identify key problems, and analyze relevant data and datasets.
- Synthesize findings to prioritize critical issues and opportunities for maximum client value.
- Collaborate with Deployment Engineers to turn insights into technical solutions at speed.
- Provide active feedback from the field to improve 's product suite and future offerings.
- Bridge communication between specialists, operational teams, and C-level executives; enable sales for upselling and expansion.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in hyper-growth tech startups, agile cross-functional teams (consulting or product management background a plus).
- Contrarian mindset to challenge status quo and bring out-of-the-box perspectives.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curious critical thinker who thrives in unstructured environments and dives into data.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence across organizational levels, from specialists to CEO.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent long-term project/work experience demonstrating commitment to learning.
