What you will do
- Lead Brazil operations to ensure high performance in support and operational quality.
- Identify, prevent, and resolve complex operational risks for strategic clients.
- Act as the primary stakeholder bridge between internal teams (Customer Success, Product) and clients.
- Transform client interactions and incidents into opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Lead and develop the support team to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
- Balance individual client requests with 's strategic vision and business goals.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for daily interaction with global stakeholders.
- Prior experience in B2B client operations, customer support, or customer quality in technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience in team management and operational performance oversight.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and propose structured solutions.
- Ability to build trust and manage relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Must be based in Brazil.
