What you will do

• Lead Brazil operations to ensure high performance in support and operational quality.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve complex operational risks for strategic clients.
• Act as the primary stakeholder bridge between internal teams (Customer Success, Product) and clients.
• Transform client interactions and incidents into opportunities for product and process improvement.
• Lead and develop the support team to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
• Balance individual client requests with hirify.global's strategic vision and business goals.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for daily interaction with global stakeholders.
• Prior experience in B2B client operations, customer support, or customer quality in technology environments.
• Proven leadership experience in team management and operational performance oversight.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and propose structured solutions.
• Ability to build trust and manage relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Brazil.
