Location: Remote in Brazil (Hybrid options available in São Paulo)

What you will do

  • Lead Brazil operations, ensuring high performance in support and operational quality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex operational risks for strategic clients.
  • Act as the primary bridge between clients, Customer Success, and Product teams to align priorities.
  • Convert client incidents and feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
  • Manage and develop the support team to ensure a seamless and efficient client journey.
  • Balance individual client requests with overall strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) for daily interaction with global stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in B2B client operations, customer support, or quality management within technology environments.
  • Strong leadership experience with team management and performance oversight.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and building trust with executives.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and propose structured solutions.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
