TL;DR
Regional Manager Pre-Service Access (Central Scheduling-Mid Atlantic): Provides consultation, leadership and managerial direction to the reimbursement function for multiple RHMs exceeding $600 million in net revenue with an accent on net revenue calculations, filing cost reports, third-party audits and reporting. Focus on identifying financial and compliance risks, developing risk management plans, managing projects and building relationships with executive leaders.
Remote within Mid-Atlantic region (Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware). Must be able to travel to sites (20%).
Salary Range: $36.3426-$54.5140 (hourly)

What you will do
- Manage financial and compliance risks associated with reimbursement function and implement risk management plans.
- Oversee regional and system-wide project initiatives, define plans, monitor team assignments and ensure deliverables.
- Prepare net revenue calculations, budgeted net revenue, cost reports and third-party filings for RHMs.
- Handle third-party audits, resolve issues, support appeals and reconcile general ledger for payments and settlements.
- Provide education, consultation and expertise on reimbursement strategies to staff and represent RHMs with external agencies like CMS.
- Develop relationships with executive leaders, facilitate meetings and prepare operational/financial metrics and reports.
Requirements
- Central Scheduling experience in hospital outpatient scheduling required.
- Call Center operations experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred); CPA preferred.
- 7-10 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare reimbursement or general finance, including management.
- Experience researching complex reimbursement issues with strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in matrix structure, travel 20% and handle confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience with Epic and Cisco call center software.
- Patient Access hospital site operation experience.
- Experience preparing analytical reports and workforce management.
