What you will do

• Lead global O2C operations including invoicing (50,000/month), cash application, collections, and customer account management across 13 countries.
• Oversee Accounts Payable processing (2,000 invoices/month), supplier payments, 3-way match controls, and payables optimization.
• Ensure revenue integrity aligned with ASC 606/IFRS 15, manage CRM-ERP data flows (Salesforce/NetSuite), and support revenue recognition controls.
• Drive working capital improvements, DSO reduction, cash forecasting, and credit risk management.
• Lead finance shared services transformation, process migration/standardization across business units, and automation/AI implementation.
• Build and develop a team of 25-30 FTE, establish KPIs, governance, SOX controls, and multi-currency operations.

Requirements

• 10–15 years in finance operations or shared services leadership
• Strong experience managing O2C at scale in SaaS/recurring revenue environments
• Familiarity with ASC 606/IFRS 15, ERP/CRM (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), SOX controls
• Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency operations and teams of 20+ FTE
• Track record in finance transformation/shared services consolidation
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Sales, RevOps, Technology
