What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact B2B consumer journeys from kickoff to launch.
- Develop and implement cross-channel programs based on analytics and behavioral science to hit core business KPIs.
- Oversee the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, and reporting infrastructure to optimize marketing performance.
- Manage data hygiene and integrations between marketing and sales platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
- Identify customer segments for targeted marketing and loyalty programs to deliver ROI-positive results.
- Craft service narratives and business cases to communicate value and align internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Hubspot preferred.
- Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and tailoring performance channels to unique customer journeys.
- Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences for B2B growth.
- Ability to collaborate and present effectively to internal teams and external clients.
- 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, preferably in-house or within an agency.
- Must be based in Medellín, Colombia.
