What you will do

• Support JedAI and Pulse installations, environment setup, and enterprise integration.
• Configure and validate services including index/vector databases, embedding, reranking services, and LLM gateways.
• Coordinate with customer IT, CAD, and security teams to align deployments with enterprise policies.
• Troubleshoot system issues across services using logs and service-level metrics.
• Provide post-install validation, monitoring, and capacity guidance to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and drive successful adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Must be based in California, USA.
• Strong experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of containerized applications and configuration using YAML.
• Experience supporting hirify.global EDA tools in a customer-facing AE role.
• Ability to debug issues using logs and service-level metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes concepts such as Pods, services, and resource allocation.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, inference services, or vector databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems and PLM-style data governance models.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (API keys, tokens, access control).
