What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for integrated campaigns and video productions, tracking briefs, timelines, and delivery.
• Manage a high volume of one-off creative requests including static assets, video, and animation.
• Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for all active projects and team capacity.
• Build and maintain a live resourcing model to map team bandwidth to project load.
• Identify and implement AI tools to improve workflow speed, consistency, and creative iteration.
• Use AI tools to draft copy and provide structured feedback on creative writing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within fast-paced, high-output environments.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, including video shoot management and post-production.
• Must be based in the United States to comply with state sports betting licensure regulations.
• Strong ability to use AI tools for drafting content and optimizing workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and blocker resolution.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
