Salary: $112,000 – $140,000 + equity

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management for integrated campaigns and video productions, tracking briefs, timelines, and delivery.
- Manage a high volume of one-off creative requests including static assets, video, and animation.
- Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for all active projects and team capacity.
- Build and maintain a live resourcing model to map team bandwidth to project load.
- Identify and implement AI tools to improve workflow speed, consistency, and creative iteration.
- Use AI tools to draft copy and provide structured feedback on creative writing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within fast-paced, high-output environments.
- Deep understanding of production workflows, including video shoot management and post-production.
- Must be based in the United States to comply with state sports betting licensure regulations.
- Strong ability to use AI tools for drafting content and optimizing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and blocker resolution.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or gaming environments.
- Background in a creative or production agency.
- Hands-on experience with pre-production planning and shoot logistics.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for workflow automation.
