What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship software across the full development lifecycle.
• Implement Agentic AI workflows and AI coding tools for code generation, review, testing, and debugging.
• Develop clean, production-quality code and technical specifications using AI as a development partner.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve output consistency and development velocity.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools to raise engineering standards across the team.

Requirements

• Solid experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and LLMs in real-world production development.
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Understanding of LLM constraints, including context windows, token costs, and latency.
• Must be based in or able to work from Sandy, UT, USA
