What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers for structuring and executing complex RFPs.
• Advise on leveraging the platform to achieve measurable outcomes based on sourcing objectives.
• Provide hands-on guidance on e-auction setup, bid sheet design, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver product demos and train new users to showcase platform benefits.
• Identify value-creation opportunities and build best-practice use cases to drive adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with RFPs, e-auctions, or scenario-based sourcing events.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate pragmatic solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
