What you will do

  • Define customer use cases, translate product capabilities into narratives, and ensure consistent storytelling across GTM materials.
  • Develop case studies, customer stories, and proof assets to support sales, marketing, and external efforts.
  • Create vertical-specific content, playbooks, and guides tailored to priority industries.
  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs including testimonials, reviews, and references.
  • Produce insight-driven content like blog posts and sales assets aligned to pipeline and customer value.
  • Support lifecycle marketing with onboarding, nurture, and expansion communications.
  • Track content performance, tie it to business outcomes, and optimize storytelling effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, or related in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong storytelling to turn complex products into compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience with case studies, customer stories, and use-case content.
  • Skills in vertical, proof-driven content supporting sales and marketing.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong bias toward AI-assisted workflows and hands-on AI tool exploration.

Nice to have

  • Experience in adtech, martech, media, or CTV.
  • Video-first content workflows.
  • HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar tools.
  • Lean, high-growth team experience.
