What you will do

• Own and maintain end-to-end Fixed Voice and Interconnect architectures across domestic and international environments.
• Define and evolve the Fixed Voice technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Drive architectural decisions for platform modernisation, new product development, and network transformation initiatives.
• Review and approve high- and low-level designs, enforcing architectural standards and best practices.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, Commercial teams, vendors, and international carriers.
• Ensure architectures meet availability, performance, security, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Fixed Voice architecture within carrier and/or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of international and domestic interconnect voice routing models, SIP trunking, and network protocols (SIP, Diameter, TLS, etc).
• Knowledge of regulatory obligations impacting access, interconnect and international voice services.
• Strong hands-on architectural experience with Ribbon solutions (PSX, SBCs, C20) or equivalent carrier-grade platforms.
• Exposure to virtualised or cloud-hosted SBC and voice platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
