What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the ANZ sales team, engaging with prospects to understand cloud security postures and requirements.
• Design and present tailored CNAPP solutions, mapping product capabilities to specific customer security frameworks.
• Lead and execute all technical validation activities, including Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), pilots, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures for integration into existing cloud and CI/CD environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Provide regional technical feedback to global product management and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Enable and train channel partners (SIs, VARs) to effectively position and deploy the hirify.global Security solution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role selling or supporting complex cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or DevSecOps solutions.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security architectural best practices.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Proven knowledge of CNAPP components, including infrastructure-as-code scanning, vulnerability management, and runtime protection.
• Familiarity with the ANZ enterprise IT and security landscape, particularly in financial services, government, or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Solution Architect or Security, CISSP, or Kubernetes.
