What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems for broadcast studio.
• Integrate network solutions with broadcast equipment, servers, video routers, encoders, and IP-based audio/video systems.
• Support IP video streaming, multicast systems, and cloud-based video storage/editing/streaming with secure data transfer.
• Manage network-related subscriptions, licenses, cloud services, user accounts, and digital signage for monitors/kiosks.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting during live broadcasts, monitor performance, optimize configurations, and ensure security/compliance.
• Lead network projects, coordinate with vendors, procure equipment, and train staff on network best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, focused on broadcast or media environments
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools, firewall management, and wireless technologies
• Experience managing network accounts, subscriptions, and digital content for monitors/kiosks
• Public Trust clearance required
• Strong problem-solving under pressure in live broadcast settings and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based video services (AWS Media Services, Azure Media Services) and subscription platforms
