Hybrid in Austin. SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required and must be obtained within first 12 weeks of hire.

What you will do

• Articulate complex investment principles and capital market research to financial advisors
• Educate advisors on portfolio solutions construction and functionality
• Interact with advisors on practice management issues
• Uncover opportunities and vulnerabilities with clients via outbound calls
• Execute regional roadshows bringing Dimensional resources to the field
• Respond to inbound client requests and ensure timely deliverables
• Deliver live and recorded webinars on various topics
• Develop understanding of advisor industry and business practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services/Investment industry
• Proactive desire to learn and strong client engagement across mediums
• Solid problem-solving, excellent verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, able to work in team and independently
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Access) and ability to learn new programs

Nice to have

• Graduate degree (MBA), CFA or CFP certifications
