What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, smart/remote hands, and facility providers for day-to-day network operations.
• Monitor the ticketing system and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Manage Hardware RMA shipments to and from facilities in coordination with vendors.
• Provide weekly operational updates, track project schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with regional teams and SDMs to deliver actionable insights through KPIs and metrics.
• Participate in on-call rosters and conduct daily operational handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Information Technology or Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience or training.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and available for hybrid work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust work hours occasionally to collaborate with regional colleagues.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of operations inside Data Centers or POPs.
• Experience handling logistics and shipments.
