What you will do

• Manage CRM data and ensure data integrity across all client communities to support business development.
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual group meetings, including planning, preparing, and following up.
• Prepare presentation materials, agendas, facilitation guides, and client communications.
• Develop reporting and insights based on portfolio and investment data for regular meetings and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as research, legal, compliance, and marketing.
• Support the Financial Advisor client service line and present investment updates to communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry (including internships).
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attainment within the first 12 weeks of hire).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin on a hybrid basis.

• Intention to pursue professional certifications such as MBA, CFA, or CFP.
