What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement efforts to maximize value and financial results.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms, conducting bids and sourcing projects.
• Implement policies and key metrics to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from request to delivery, including purchase orders and shipment tracking.
• Drive the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and create detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with legal and infosec teams to ensure contract compliance and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or strategic procurement, specifically focusing on indirect spend and market data.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay solutions (Oracle preferred; Ariba, Coupa, or Zycus are helpful).
• Proven expertise in contract strategy and negotiation across various categories (e.g., MSAs, SOWs).
• Ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing events and contracts.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin or Charlotte.

Nice to have

• CPM, PMP, or APICS certifications.
• Project management experience.
• Experience within the Financial Services industry.
