What you will do

• Coordinate intake, routing, and publishing of marketing projects to meet established deadlines.
• Create schedules and assign tasks to an internal team of designers, production artists, and editors.
• Manage global projects with stakeholders across Canada, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Navigate projects through the entire lifecycle, including Legal and Compliance approvals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure marketing collateral is published correctly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in marketing, communications, or design.
• Must be based in Austin or Charlotte (Hybrid).
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working within the financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several concurrent projects.
