What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of Brand Partnerships creative from pre-sale concepts through live sponsorship delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and workflows stay aligned with established processes.
• Translate partnership strategies into clear, actionable project plans by collaborating with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Anticipate creative needs, forecast timelines, and proactively resolve resourcing or workflow challenges.
• Facilitate creative kickoffs and manage stakeholder expectations around approvals, feedback, and risk mitigation.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide strategic support to Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in creative project management within a marketing or advertising environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage project artifacts, including timelines, status reports, and resource plans.
• Experience using project management tools (Airtable or Jira preferred) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across web, mobile, or experiential platforms.
• Familiarity with landing page production, content management systems, and collaboration with Engineering or Product teams.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall.
