Business Intelligence Developer

What you will do

• Maintain understanding of database structures and BI tools to create analytical solutions.
• Serve as first point of contact for data analytics and process improvement.
• Perform data analysis, create queries, programs, and automation.
• Lead data requirements gathering, problem identification, and solution design.
• Provide analytical insights to drive strategic business decisions and coordinate projects.
• Manage relationships, communicate project risks, and participate in post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Must read and write legibly in English.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Business or 4 years data analytics experience.
• 1-2 years with relational databases (design, testing, troubleshooting).
• 1-2 years data analysis or healthcare planning.
• 1-2 years with reporting tools like Crystal Reports; SQL/Oracle, Business Objects.
• EPIC "Proficient" designation within probationary period.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with supported applications.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer).
• Complex SQL queries on Epic data models and healthcare workflows.
