What you will do

• Set up, configure, and maintain tracking on healthcare websites and mobile apps using Adobe CJA, Freshpaint, or Tealium.
• Build workspace projects, troubleshoot data issues, and design tracking plans with event naming conventions.
• Analyze web and product data with GA4, Heap, Adobe CJA; use SQL, Python, or R for querying and transforming datasets.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and documentation; identify optimization opportunities from user behavior and conversions.
• Own work streams in enterprise projects, present findings to clients, and educate on analytics best practices.
• Stay updated on healthcare analytics trends, compliance, and data privacy.

Requirements

• 2+ years in digital analytics, technical consulting, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation, workspace, or configuration.
• Proficient in data analysis, cleaning, transformation, and interpretation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (CS, MIS, Data Science preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in tag management (Freshpaint, Tealium) and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong SQL, R/Python experience.
• Adobe certifications (e.g., CJA Business Practitioner).
