What you will do

• Create and organize compelling short-form TikTok content across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Film and edit high-quality iPhone content on-site at festivals and within the office.
• Stay current with TikTok trends and act as the primary subject matter expert for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with Records & Media departments to develop trending sounds and creative audio.
• Manage detailed TikTok social calendars and produce performance reports for events and announcements.
• Implement Reels strategies to effectively cross-post TikTok content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and proficiency with Capcut and Canva.
• Strong grammar and copywriting skills for captions and on-screen text.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to out-of-state festivals and work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
