Hourly Hiring Range: $20.00 - $27.00 USD (California-based)

What you will do
- Create and execute YouTube-focused marketing campaigns, coordinating with digital, social, tech, and brand teams.
- Develop content calendars, manage video releases, optimize content, and use platform tools to drive growth and engagement.
- Manage projects with agencies and stakeholders, integrate YouTube campaigns with event marketing.
- Analyze performance data from YouTube analytics, social, and paid media to adapt strategies and report metrics.
- Stay ahead of YouTube trends, recommend process improvements, and partner with design/media teams for assets.
- Oversee on-site content capture, livestreaming, approvals, and support team onboarding/training.
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing/music with YouTube expertise (content formats, algorithm, creator ecosystem).
- Project management skills (Asana, Monday), high attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, copywriting for YouTube titles/descriptions/CTAs, multi-tasking across teams.
- Passion for electronic music, artists, genres, and brands.
- US work authorization required (no sponsorship).
Nice to have
- Experience with YouTube Studio, Photoshop, HTML, Google Analytics, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut.
- Ability to handle off-hours publishing/monitoring.
