Marketing Campaign Coordinator (YouTube): Oversee operations and growth strategy of YouTube channel for dance music events with an accent on campaign execution, content optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Calabasas, CA, USA (onsite, no remote). Must possess US work authorization without sponsorship. Willingness to travel, work holidays/evenings/weekends, and tolerate loud noise/extreme temperatures at events.

Hourly Hiring Range: $20.00 - $27.00 USD (California-based)

What you will do

  • Create and execute YouTube-focused marketing campaigns, coordinating with digital, social, tech, and brand teams.
  • Develop content calendars, manage video releases, optimize content, and use platform tools to drive growth and engagement.
  • Manage projects with agencies and stakeholders, integrate YouTube campaigns with event marketing.
  • Analyze performance data from YouTube analytics, social, and paid media to adapt strategies and report metrics.
  • Stay ahead of YouTube trends, recommend process improvements, and partner with design/media teams for assets.
  • Oversee on-site content capture, livestreaming, approvals, and support team onboarding/training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in marketing/music with YouTube expertise (content formats, algorithm, creator ecosystem).
  • Project management skills (Asana, Monday), high attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, copywriting for YouTube titles/descriptions/CTAs, multi-tasking across teams.
  • Passion for electronic music, artists, genres, and hirify.global brands.
  • US work authorization required (no sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Experience with YouTube Studio, Photoshop, HTML, Google Analytics, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut.
  • Ability to handle off-hours publishing/monitoring.
