What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and architect complex, scalable software solutions for Portfolio Management.
• Define platform architecture, sub-system designs, and system integration strategies.
• Develop high-performance, low-latency applications and implement initial platform code.
• Mentor engineering teams, drive engineering best practices, and enforce software quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish high-level solution intent.
• Provide third-level support for local and remote investment business clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years as a Lead or Principal Engineer.
• Experience in the financial services industry (investment management, trading systems, or fintech).
• Proficiency in C# and strong understanding of backend development, API design, and data management.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD), SOLID coding principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and Secure SDLC practices.

Nice to have

• Cloud Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience developing using CQRS and Event Sourcing Architectures.
