What you will do

• Lead a scrum team as technical authority and Scrum Master, managing sprint ceremonies and daily priorities.
• Write and review production-quality full-stack code using C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle.
• Champion AI-first engineering by integrating agentic development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) into the daily workflow.
• Directly manage 4-5 engineers, handling performance reviews, 1:1s, and career development.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and advocate for scalable platform solutions.
• Partner with Principal Engineers and Architects on cross-team technical standards and delivery risks.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS, including experience in a lead capacity.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Angular (15+), and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in direct people management and coaching engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET modernization patterns (Framework to Core).
• Knowledge of schema migration tools like Liquibase.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Serilog, or Application Insights.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Podman.
• Background in financial services, equity compensation, or regulated domains.
