What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale software projects to support massive platform growth.
• Take full ownership of major parts of the product code and make critical technical decisions.
• Collaborate with a high-talent-density engineering team to ship high-impact initiatives rapidly.
• Balance development speed with system quality while navigating ambiguity and technical debt.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by solving the most pressing customer problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Proven track record as an experienced software engineer capable of leading projects to completion.
• Strong proficiency in the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Ability to thrive in an intense, fast-paced startup environment with high standards.
• Capacity to learn complex codebases quickly and tackle any part of the stack.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, .NET, React, React Query, Postgres, and Temporal.
