What you will do

• Act as advocate for venue operations, accountable for all IT services in your region.
• Manage support relationships with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to meet SLAs.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain frequent on-site presence, provide hands-on event support, and review IT riders.
• Handle IT for new venue construction/acquisitions, inventory management, and seasonal preparations.
• Troubleshoot network/application issues, train local IT staff, and lead cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-driven IT support for large organizations
• CompTIA+ certification or equivalent; CCNA preferred
• Understanding of network design, TCP/IP, OSI model, RF engineering in high-density wireless
• Demonstrated troubleshooting in enterprise multi-vendor environments
• Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends/holidays; 50% travel; ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel); strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing
• Knowledge of high-density wireless RF engineering
