Project Implementation Analyst (IT)

What you will do

• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focusing on timely communication, documentation, and reporting analytics.
• Manage support relationships with internal teams and 3rd party vendors, providing logistics support for Venue IT Managers.
• Administer communication and project channels using Slack, Zendesk, Box, Zoom, Airtable, and Asana.
• Facilitate the acquisition of ISP circuits and monitor installation progress for new venue construction and acquisitions.
• Analyze venue circuit and telecom details to ensure cost-effective solutions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide full-scope administrative support including procurement, invoice processing, and cost tracking for assigned projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in a customer-driven support role within a large-scale organization.
• Ability to work in a self-disciplined remote position with proactive communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or similar systems.
• General knowledge of network technology and experience with Telecom services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel on a very limited basis.
