Salary: $140,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and ship high-impact experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Build instrumentation and dashboards to enable fast, data-informed decisions.
• Create GTM systems that multiply the impact of the commercial team.
• Optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation.
• Balance quick iterations (MVPs) with the productionization of successful solutions.
• Analyze data trends to translate findings into actionable experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated growth or product impact.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for shipping frontend experiments quickly.
• Strong SQL and analytics skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Capability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Expertise with analytics tools and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of agriculture, finance, or climate tech.
• Experience with SEO implementation and marketing automation platforms.
