Salary: $219,600 - $268,400

What you will do
- Define and evolve the technical strategy for the Onboarding team and the broader Pro platform.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives to drive alignment on architecture, APIs, and platform capabilities.
- Design and build scalable full-stack systems across web applications, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Act as a technical multiplier by mentoring senior engineers and raising engineering standards.
- Drive AI adoption through the implementation of AI agents, orchestrators, and MCP servers.
- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and overall developer velocity.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating as a staff engineer or equivalent with measurable impact across multiple teams.
- Strong expertise in React, ES6, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and debugging high-load data environments.
- Expertise in schema design and data modeling for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience evolving REST and GraphQL APIs, including security and authentication best practices.
- Significant experience working with AI agents, agent orchestrators, and MCP servers.
