Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Support, engineer, and administer large-scale on-premises and hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, including identity and access management systems.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Windows, Citrix, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Develop automation and administration workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity on threat management, data loss prevention, security controls, and cloud security initiatives.
• Implement global monitoring, alerting, reporting, uptime, performance, capacity, and utilization capabilities.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption through engineering, advocacy, and mentorship, then transition operational tasks to Infrastructure Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows experience covering requirements development, systems design, integration, and validation.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure and AWS methodologies, enterprise-scale identity management, hybrid environments, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.x, DaaS, Gateway, NetScaler, and MCS provisioning.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps principles, Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, networking, virtualization, containerization, Entra, cloud security, DLP, and resilient hybrid architectures.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure, Windows Server Hybrid, Microsoft 365, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer, ITIL, or related certifications.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and presenting technical ideas to audiences with different levels of seniority and expertise.
