Senior Associate, IT, AzureOps Engineer (Infrastructure) (Azure)

What you will do

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and key IT systems.
• Manage high-impact incidents and maintain the stability, performance, resilience, and security of cloud services.
• Administer Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, endpoint management, AWS, and Citrix environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep, PowerShell, and related workflow tools.
• Mentor support staff and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and project plans.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, including Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, endpoint management, and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience administering Windows Server 2012–2022, Windows 10/11, Group Policy, cloud infrastructure, backup and recovery solutions, and networking concepts.
• At least 4 years of senior IT systems or support experience, including recent experience with cloud technologies.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications are accepted.
• Ability to support global teams and projects across APAC and North America with flexible working hours.

Nice to have

• Citrix or VDI technologies, including AVD, and AWS or multi-cloud environments.
• Infrastructure as Code, automation, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or PowerShell scripting.
• macOS and mobile device management, including Jamf, iOS, or Android.
• Jira, Meraki, Palo Alto, system migration, cloud transformation, or video conferencing and AV experience.
