Location: Hybrid in Cairo, Egypt (teams are in the office around four days a week)

What you will do
- Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies across the full customer journey aligned with client business goals.
- Manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display.
- Utilize advanced optimization techniques, including A/B testing, predictive analytics, and algorithmic bidding.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cultivate relationships with key platform partners like Google and Meta.
- Strategically allocate budgets and ensure accurate tracking of spend and ROI across all channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a track record of managing paid media campaigns at scale.
- Deep expertise in paid search, social, and display platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
