What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, shopping, affiliate, display, and app marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and recommendations to deliver results quickly.
• Collaborate with Commerce, Platforms, and Finance teams on budget planning, tracking, and reporting for retail media campaigns.
• Manage relationships with media partners and vendors, negotiating effective media plans and promotions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through continuous test-and-learn initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of delivering profitable sales and customer growth.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, display networks, and affiliate platforms.
• Strong analytical capability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Business fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience working within a retail or e-commerce environment.
